OUR CLUB
The Friendship Force of the Canadian Capital Region was started on April 25, 2001. We are a French speaking club of some 60 members most of whom are from both sides of the Ottawa River, in Gatineau, Québec, and Ottawa, Ontario.
We can welcome up to 20 ambassadors twice a year. We have hosted clubs in the U.S.A., Germany, South Africa, Chili and Japan. We were hosted by clubs from these same countries and have also traveled with other clubs. We at times host or participate in short interclub visits. Many members have taken part in Friendship Force National Canadian Conferences and a few have been to some FFI International Conferences.
